There a few ways to set, enable, and disable call forward incoming calls. Depends on the model of the Mitel phone and current MiCollab license/access that you have.
First and basic is, using the Feature Access Code
This is applicable to any Mitel Phones. Made specifically for Mitel 6910 IP phone as they don't have any feature buttons that can be programmed to set call forward.
Note: The system will be set to enable the following feature access code:
It will be using the system's feature access code *31 (Call Forwarding - Follow Me / Always) to set up and enable, and **30 (Cancel All Forwarding) to disable.
To set up and enable call forward dial *31 followed by the destination number with the prefix number and then followed/end by #.
For example, if you want to forward it to 0211744125, dial in the following sequence. In this example, the system's prefix is 1.
*3110211744125# and then hang up.
You will then see an icon on the upper corner screen of the phone pointing to the right. This indicates that the call forward is enabled.
To disable call forward, simply dial **30
