How to add Speed Dial in MiCollab Client

Note: MiCollab Client Version 9.1.363 (build: 262)

Go to your MiCollab Client's Home screen by clicking the Home menu in the Navigation Menu.

Then on the right side of the Home screen, click the three-dotted line and then click on Add Speed Dial.

Then enter the Name and the number and then click on done.

Note: Enter the phone number as if you were dialing from MiCollab client (if you are using a softphone) or as if you are dialing from your desk phone (if you are using a desk phone).

The Speed Dial will appear as a shortcut in your Home Screen.
